 The best sport for losing weight is jogging.  People who are extremely overweight should refrain from this and prefer to walk.  This method is easier on the joints and not as strenuous as jogging.  In addition to the two sports, you can also go cycling or swimming.  But no matter which sport you choose, every type of movement stimulates fat burning and trains your muscles and especially your condition.  With sports you are always on the right side with a diet and you cannot go wrong.

 So if you want to lose weight, you should pay attention to a balanced diet including a good level of sport.  It would also be advisable to seek advice from your family doctor and, if necessary, to draw up a diet and training plan together.
